This channel aims to share yogic practices to reach our highest physical, mental and spiritual health. Satvic Movement, a holistic health education platform, was founded in August 2017 by Subah and Harshvardhan Saraf, and today it has become a rapidly growing organisation that has transformed the lives of millions of people. Through this channel, we intend to make the knowledge of yoga available to every person who wants to learn and practice Yoga.

Crying is good no doubt about it, but crying and showing your weakeness in front of anyone makes you more vulnerable and for granted...Don't believe me try it for yourself specially in front of man, as it boost their ego and you exposing more of your self to him make you dependable and crybaby and soft target for any assault.

After waking up from sleep we chant a mantra but seeing our both hand's palms and then after rubbing put it on our eyes (On the Agra(upper area) of Kara(Palm) their resids lakshmi,on the Mandhya(middle) Sarswati resides,on the mula(down) of kara(palm) the supre soul Govida takes his place One should do there darshna of the Kara(palms)) The ultimate cause is Supre soul hene Lord govida resides on mula from that lord the knowledge emerges hence Shri Vagdevi resides in middle by the knowledge resources can be made or discover hence Lakshmi resides on upper part
